Hey everyone,

I’ve been thinking about what it is that I’m not “getting” from The Balrog’s Lair that has really made it more a laborious task for me to continue updating it rather than making it fun like it used to be. Then all of a sudden it hit me - I like to bitch and moan every now and again!

Granted, I have “Balrog Babblings” to do my bitching and moaning in, but I always thought that there should be something more…something that didn’t require a particular form or function. I’ve been looking for an outlet to basically opine on any and all things that come my way.

In the past few weeks, you’ve all noticed drastic changes to The Balrog’s Lair. One of those changes was the addition of a new “Culture/Current Events” area. This area could not have gotten off the ground for two reasons - 1) it wasn’t structured correctly and 2) what I really wanted was a place to sound off about what I feel about different issues, news bits, and pop culture as it passes by my desk.

With the creation of this “Blog” on The Balrog’s Lair, I believe that I’ve given myself that opportunity to sound off. I will begin my comments starting immediately, but folks please remember, THIS IS A NEW SCRIPT TO ME hence there might be some bugs in it that I haven’t yet found. As a matter of fact, you can all do me a great favor and let me know if you find any! Thanks!
