It seems as though the dirty little spammers of the world have come onto blog.thebalrogslair.com and begun spamming the hell out of my “comments.” Of course, you can’t see those messages because I delete them before they even get a chance to be posted, but yesterday’s tally alone was somewhere around 650 spam comments.

I don’t really understand why people would go ahead and make 15 replies to one post - all trying to hype their own blog. Doesn’t seem to make much sense to me…there are better ways to promote your site. And the best part about all of that garbage is that no one will ever see those posts because they get held in the moderation bank for me to delete before they even get posted. So stupid…

In any event, very busy week ahead of me with class all day today and tomorrow, a project that needs to be completed by the end of the week for my Trenton job, advertisements that need to be created, made, and placed for the Ocean Grove job, and my final presentation on Friday afternoon of my summer internship results (also to be presented in front of my Trenton co-workers, at Rutgers). On top of that is the fact that Johanna is coming down to visit me on Saturday for the first time in maybe three or four years (I’ve had the pleasure of traveling up to Roxbury for the past 3 or 4 years to visit her) - so I have that to plan for, too. And let’s not forget about the homework, volunteer work, and other things that come up in a day…

But that’s how it is, right? Just when you don’t have enough time to sleep at night, more stuff gets piled on top to make the days crazier!
