The Pope is Not Wrong

If you read the Pope’s comments - he made no mistake in stating someone else’s ideas about the Islamic faith. The world reacts to TV reports and newspaper articles, but the man did nothing negative or “horrible” against Muslims.

What is reprehensible? What is disgusting? The fact that Muslims all over the world are now calling for the Pope to recant his statements and that a growing cry in the Eastern world is for “retribution” against these comments.

Are you kidding? Do you idiots know anything about civilization?

If someone says something that you don’t like, you ask for an explanation. As of this writing, two explanations - one of which was a direct statement from the Pope about regretting the violent reaction - have been issued. What the fuck more do you animals want? Do you want the man to travel back in time and tell whoever wrote that Mohammad’s religion was “evil and inhuman” to not write that? Sorry, but the real world doesn’t work like that.

Sure, he could have chosen to originally not bring up these documents and this particular quote, but he did. And what does it say for Islam that citing a centuries-old assessment incites riots around the world? I’m Roman Catholic and I’ve had to deal with assholes saying that all priests fuck kids and that the Chuch is all about money and that Jesus wasn’t my Savior, etc. You don’t see me calling for every Jew, Muslim, and non-Roman Catholic Christians’ head.

Get over yourselves and join the world of reality where we all have to work with each other.

  1. Martin Says:

This wasn’t my original thought, since I heard it on the radio today, and I agree 100%.

Muslims are so angry that a quote was spoken saying their leader and prophet was evil. Muslims claim they are not evil, yet what are they doing? This COULD have been their chance to prove they are not evil, but now look at the violence and havoc they are creating. And people wonder why those radicals shouldn’t be locked up in zoo cages…
